This tracker lists 6,495 registration filings, newest first, parsed directly from SEC EDGAR. Companies in registration usually have no ticker yet; tickers appear once assigned.

Most companies amend the registration several times (S-1/A) as the SEC reviews it and terms firm up. When you see the final priced prospectus (424B4), the IPO is days or hours away.
