("Nabors" or the "Company") (NYSE: NBR) today reported fourth quarter 2025 operating revenues of $798 million , compared to operating revenues of $818 million in the third quarter. Net income attributable to Nabors' shareholders for the quarter was $10 million , compared to $274 million in the third quarter. This equates to earnings per diluted share of $0.17 , compared to $16.85 in the third quarter. The third quarter included a one-time, after-tax gain on the disposition of Quail Tools, LLC ("Quail") of $314 million , or $20.52 per diluted share. Fourth-quarter adjusted EBITDA was $222 million , compared to $236 million in the previous quarter.
