Shipping

A shipping workflow for solo builders and small teams. It covers the path from idea to launch: write a PRD, break it into tickets, run a real pre-launch checklist, cut a changelog from your git log, and get your pricing copy reviewed.

No hooks. Nothing runs on its own. Every command is something you invoke on purpose.

Commands

• /prd <idea> - Turn a rough idea into a short, buildable PRD plus iteration tickets in build order. Asks a couple of scoping questions only when the idea is missing something it cannot infer.
• /ship-checklist - Inspect the repo against a launch checklist: env vars, migration gotchas, plan gating, analytics, and the things that break in production but not on localhost. Reports pass, gap, or unknown per item.
• /changelog [since] - Generate a human-readable changelog entry from recent git history, grouped by what changed for users rather than a raw commit dump.

Skill

• pricing-copy - Review or draft pricing-page copy for clarity and honest framing. Loads automatically when you are writing a pricing page or describing plan tiers.
