How we verify
Every error message is quoted verbatim, the way it appears in your terminal or editor. Each fix comes from the tool's official docs, a maintainer's reply or a release note, and was re-read by an independent reviewer before publishing. If no fix is documented, the page says so.

- No release removes the cause. The documented fixes work around it.

- Expected behavior, not a bug. The documented fixes change the setup that triggers it.
