The thesis

Small tools. Sharp edges. Compounding empire.

We build small AI-native tools for indie developers. Each one earns its place by solving exactly one thing better than the workaround.

Most software is bloated because the business model rewards bloat. Ours doesn't. We'd rather ship thirty tools that each do one job cleanly than one platform that does thirty jobs poorly. If a product can't justify itself in a single screenshot, it gets cut.

The empire compounds. Every app makes the others more useful, every customer of one becomes a candidate for the next, every lesson from shipping one sharpens the next. One product is a tool. A portfolio of them is a workspace built around how you actually work.

01

One thing, done sharply

Every app earns its place by solving exactly one problem better than the workaround. If a tool can't beat a shell script and a bookmark, it doesn't ship.

02

Built for the answer, not the marketing

We write for indie developers who already know what they want. No feature lists, no buzzwords, no tour. Open it, get the outcome, close the tab.

03

The empire compounds

Each app makes the others more useful. Shared auth, shared design, shared muscle memory. One product is a tool. Thirty is a workspace.
