Notes and caveats
- The docs index only states 'Connect an MCP client to https://platform.claude.com/docs/mcp (Streamable HTTP transport)'; no per-client install snippet is published, so all install fields are null.

- Tool list comes from the server's own tools/list response (no auth required when probed).
- The server's instructions say it covers the Claude API, SDKs and Managed Agents, not Claude Code or the Agent SDK (those docs live at code.claude.com).
