- Only for Greenhouse Recruiting Core, Plus and Pro tiers; legacy tiers must contact their account team, and access/pricing goes through the account team.
- A Site Admin must do the initial setup and configure scopes in Dev Center > MCP Access; without configuration a default read-only scope set applies (list applications, candidates, job interview stages, jobs, rejection reasons, scorecards, users).
- Supports read and write actions when scopes allow.
- Auth is OAuth 2.0 with PKCE and Dynamic Client Registration; non-preapproved clients need a redirect URL allowlisted by the admin.
- The docs use two URLs: https://mcp.us.greenhouse.io/mcp (Claude Code, ChatGPT) and https://mcp.greenhouse.io/mcp (Claude web custom connector, Google Antigravity).
- Docs do not list individual tool names.
