Notes and caveats

  • Available for US and EU hosted workspaces only; EU uses https://mcp.eu.intercom.com/mcp and AU hosted workspaces are not supported.
  • The /sse endpoints are legacy and deprecated.
  • OAuth is recommended; Bearer token auth also works but does not get the Fin Operator tools.
  • Fin Operator tools (send_operator_message, get_operator_response, get_proposal_details, apply_proposals, reject_proposals) appear only for workspaces with Fin Operator.
  • Custom OAuth clients with non-localhost redirect URIs must be allowlisted by Intercom support.
  • Vendor docs give only generic mcp-remote JSON templates and link to each client's own setup docs.
  • No beta or preview label on the vendor page.
