schema_information- Returns schema metadata for an authorized MCP database.
sql_run- Executes SQL or PL/SQL for an authorized MCP database.

Notes and caveats
- Self-hosted: requires ORDS 26.2.0+ (JRE 17, 21 or 25), feature.mcp enabled and dedicated MCP database pools.
- Clients need a JWT bearer token from an authorization server with the urn:oracle:dbtools:ords:mcpserver:all scope (OAuth discovery via /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp).
- Supports MCP protocol versions 2025-06-18 and 2025-11-25. sql_run can modify data.
