SAP Fiori MCP server

Local stdio MCP server that helps AI coding assistants create and modify SAP Fiori elements applications, including generating apps for CAP projects or OData services and changing existing apps. It also searches SAP Fiori, UI5 and Fiori tools documentation. It runs locally from @sap-ux/fiori-mcp-server (npm) and needs no auth.

Notes and caveats

  • Replace <version> with a pinned version (vendor recommends pinning over @latest).
  • Generating apps from an OData service needs a saved system connection via the Connection Manager for SAP Systems extension. search_docs downloads a ~86 MB local embedding model on first use.
  • Telemetry is on by default and can be disabled with SAP_UX_FIORI_TOOLS_DISABLE_TELEMETRY=true.
  • SAP recommends pairing it with @cap-js/mcp-server and @ui5/mcp-server.
