Notes and caveats

  • Requires a Zoom account with admin or developer authorization, a General app created on the Zoom App Marketplace for manual OAuth client registration (no Dynamic Client Registration or CIMD), product licenses, and OAuth 2.1 with PKCE.
  • Zoom documents setup only as UI steps for Claude custom connectors and ChatGPT developer mode, so no client snippets are given.
  • Regional gateways exist (for example mcp-eu.zoom.us, mcp-au.zoom.us).
  • The overview says Zoom MCP servers support both Streamable HTTP and SSE; per-server pages show the Streamable HTTP URL.
  • Zoom does not label these servers GA or beta.
  • Not the same as the registry entry io.github.zoom/zoom-workspace, which points at the combined /mcp/zoom/streamable server.
