}Notes and caveats
- LaunchDarkly strongly recommends the hosted MCP server wherever it is available.
- This local server exists for the federal and EU instances and is less feature-complete.
- Federal accounts must add "--server-url", "https://app.launchdarkly.us" to args; EU accounts must add "--server-url", "https://app.eu.launchdarkly.com".
- Read-only use is supported with a Reader role plus "--scope", "read", and tools can be limited with "--tool".
- It needs a JavaScript runtime supporting ES2020+, and standalone binaries are published on GitHub releases.
- The docs do not list MCP tool names (the README lists only SDK operations), so tools is empty.
- Latest release v0.7.0.
