- Okta lists it as an Early Access release; mapped to preview.
- The endpoint is per org (
https://{yourOktaDomain}/mcp) and needs an OIDC app integration in the org. - Interactive users sign in with OIDC plus PKCE; service-to-service uses a JWT private key (API Services).
- Supports only MCP protocol version 2025-11-25, so clients without that version cannot connect.
- Okta's docs give a full walkthrough for VS Code with GitHub Copilot only.
- The vendor has not published a tool list.
