Notes and caveats
- Arize labels the server Alpha: breaking changes expected, tool names and arguments may change without a deprecation window.
- Regional endpoints: EU https://api.eu-west-1a.arize.com/mcp and Canada https://api.ca-central-1a.arize.com/mcp; keys only work in the region they were created in.
- Auth is an Arize API key as a bearer token; Claude Desktop connects as a custom connector via OAuth with client ID claude-ai.
- The overview page says the server is read-only, but the tool catalog also lists create, update and delete tools; check which your deployment exposes.
- Rate limit defaults to 100 requests per minute per key.
- Requests carrying an Origin header are rejected, so browser clients cannot connect.
