Notes and caveats
- Docker's recommended install path is adding Docker Hub from the MCP Toolkit catalog in Docker Desktop; the JSON snippets run a locally built clone (npm install, npm run build).
- Without a Docker Hub personal access token it can only read public content.
- The HTTP transport binds to loopback and requires MCP_AUTH_TOKEN by default.
- Docker Hardened Images access requires a subscription.
- Latest tag v0.19.0 (2026-10-14) read from the GitHub repo page.
- The docs page carries no beta/GA label.
