}Notes and caveats
- Docs label it Beta and subject to change.
- Tools are documented by capability group (read and analyze spend, process approvals, submit expenses, edit workflows, policy Q&A, Agent Card purchases, trips), not by tool name; bill approvals not yet available.
- Demo data endpoint: https://demo-mcp.ramp.com/mcp.
- Multiple businesses can use alias paths https://mcp.ramp.com/<business-identifier>/mcp.
- Custom MCP clients and third-party gateways must have their OAuth redirect URI allowlisted by Ramp.
- Admins can restrict access via Company > Integrations > Ramp MCP.
- Generic snippet is the documented Claude Desktop config.
- The earlier local Python server (github.com/ramp-public/ramp_mcp, MIT) was archived on 2026-07-17 and is superseded by this hosted server.
