- Auth is OAuth 2.1 with a consent screen that scopes the token to an organization or a single group (read-only, full-access or custom permissions); unscoped tokens are rejected and calls are recorded in the audit log.
- Docs describe tool capabilities but do not list tool names.
- The plugin repo (tursodatabase/turso-mcp) bundles the MCP config plus a Turso skill and has no GitHub releases.
- Docs give no beta/GA label.
- Codex MCP-only alternative: add [mcp_servers.turso] with url = "https://mcp.turso.ai/mcp" to ~/.codex/config.toml, then codex mcp login turso.
